
A Quick Guide to Hula Hooping
I thought I would make a quick video guide on hula hooping. This is a great sport for burning calories and using your whole body in a workout. In a 10 minute session I can burn over 100 calories.
And the best thing is you don’t need any fancy equipment, just a hoop. You can do it in your own home too, so great for staying active during our current lockdown situation.
So throw on some happy music and get hooping!
